Payment Types Accepted: USPS Money Orders, Personal Checks or Wire Transfers Description: ***SOLD*** A beautiful Colt Bisley manufactured in 1907 and subsequently tastefully deep hand scroll engraved by Master engraver Jeff Flannery of Flannery Engraving, with 6 gold rings on the barrel and cylinder. The gun is in very fine overall condition as masterfully embellished by Jeff Flannery, with 100% bright case colors. It has a 4-3/4 inch barrel with the correct 2-line barrel address and “32 W.C.F.” marked on the left side. The frame of this stunning Bisley is case-hardened and the barrel, trigger guard, and backstrap are beautifully blued. The grips are real Stag Horn. All matching numbers on the frame, trigger guard, and backstrap. About 13,291 of the 44,350 Bisley models made were chambered in 32-20 (32 WCF). The barrel of this 116-year-old showpiece collector is signed “J Flannery Engr.”. From Jeff Flannery Gun Engraving’s site: Jeff Flannery is a native of Ohio who settled and established his business in rural northern Kentucky, near Cincinnati. Jeff is a graduate of Ohio University and a veteran of the United States Navy Nuclear Submarine Command, Rota, Spain. While at the University he majored in business and studied fine and industrial arts. Jeff's experience in the custom gun craft began in the early 1960s when he studied Kentucky rifle making and engraving with the famous master, Cecil Brooks, whose works are in the possession of many famous Americans. Jeff Flannery is featured along with 39 other renowned engravers in Roger Bleile’s book, AMERICAN ENGRAVERS, published in 1980.
