Description:
Serial #168626, .22 S – L – LR, 24" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1951-made rifle that retains 90-92% of the original blue finish, with silvering at the muzzle, along the high edges and projections, as well as along the bearing surfaces of the slide. Additionally, there is some mild surface freckling present on the receiver, and on the underside of the barrel. The grooved walnut forend and pistol-grip buttstock are in very good shape, with some minor handling marks and small blemishes scattered about the original varnish finish. This is a fine example of a desirable Remington rimfire rifle, and would make a nice addition to a collection. FFL or C&R
