Description:
20 inch carbine configuration chambered in 30 WCF caliber. Has a very good bright shiny bore with strong rifling. Sights include a tall pinned beaded blade front and platinum band 3 leaf express rear with a Lyman No. 21 receiver sight. Barrel and mag tube retain a good amount of blue and have crisp markings. Receiver is a plum/brown with wear at the carry point. Good case colors on the hammer and lever. Original saddle ring. Crisp tight action. Checkered pistol grip stock is in good condition with the typical handling mars. Carbine style buttplate and Winchester marked grip cap. These special order carbines are much harder to find than the rifles and this is a very good looking one from 1906.
