Description:
This is an excellent condition S&W PRE-MODEL 18, 22 LR with a 4" barrel. This revolver was built in 1953 with a pinned barrel and recessed cylinder. This gun has the diamond grips that remain in excellent original condition. The gun has the original blue finish to the metal, with a small amount of loss at the muzzle and ejector rod. All the markings to the metal are sharp and crisp. and The bore is like new with strong rifling. The trigger and hammer show strong case colors, and the single and double action work perfectly. This is a fine early flat latch revolver that would make an excellent addition to any S&W collection.
