A Very Early Percussion Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver With 4 Inch Barrel In Fine Untouched Condition. Serial #107,844, all matching numbers. Made in 1855, all original and complete. The revolver has fine metal, markings, and edges. The cylinder scene is full and very clear. The barrel on the gun retains thinning blue throughout it. The crisp cylinder has a natural light patina on it. The frame, loading lever, and hammer all retain lots original darkening factory case colors on them. The backstrap and trigger guard retain lots of original silver. All screws are fine. The original grips are excellent and retain lots of original factory varnish on them. The pistol has a fine bore and tight crisp action. This Is A Fine Looking And Very Early All Original Colt Model 1849 Percussion Pocket Revolver!
