Made in 1994 and presented at the IWA show for the 100th anniversary of the German magazine Wild und Hund (game and dog) .
26” Barrels with shinny bores and chambers. One standing one folding rear sight and partridge silver bead. Zwarovsky Z3 3-10 x42 on a pivot QD mount.
Blacking in 99% original condition. Weight with scope is 8 Lbs. 12 Oz , 7 Lbs. 11 Oz without the scope. 16 ga 2 ¾” chamber with .660” bore and .022” choke ( Imp Mod)
Side plated action with bolsters and side clips, Greener third fastener, cocking indicator, set trigger on rifle tube, disc obturator firing pins and selective ejectors.
100 % coverage engraving with oak leaves and game scenes. Mechanically and cosmetically, it is in like new condition. LOP 15” over a 5/8” pad, pistol grip with grip cap, German cheek piece with shadow line. The wood and the checkering show some light handling marks and remain in 90% + original condition.
This gun would be a nice safari companion to a large bore double rifle.
