This is an excellent example of a BYF 42 "Black Widow" Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching, has the proper "Eagle 135" military acceptance proofs, and fitted with an excellent set of original "Black Widow" bakelite grips. It comes as a rig with two original "Black Widow" magazines, an "Eagle 655" marked tool, and a nice 1941-dated holster. The gun itself has retained about 94-95% of its original finish. There is wear around the muzzle, on the side plate, and on the high edges in general. Tiny scratches and handling marks throughout, most noticeable on the front strap. The bore is mostly shiny with strong rifling, but there is some light freckling in the grooves.
