Here's a Awsome Example of a Percussion Rifle made by American Gun Maker G.P. Foster - Taunton , Mass. signed on barrel and frame . Rifle measures 51" overall . The barrel measures 36". Gun is in excellent original condition ! It's about a 45 caliber. Walnut stock is in excellent condition . Bore and mechanicsh are very good ! Gun is in very good working order ! The cleaning rod snapped clean break and repeared ( see photo ) . Great American Rifle used during the Gold Rush and Civil War Period ! American Hand Made !
