Description:
458 Winchester Magnum on a Model 98 action fitted with Marquart Precision 24 inch barrel and Sunny Hill drop magazine. Barrel fitted with banded ramp front sight, banded sling stud and sleeved rear island sight base with three leaf express sights regulated to 100,200 and 300 yards. Walnut stock has forward engraved cross bolt and later was fitted with a rear hidden cross bolt covered with walnut plugs. LOP 13-3/4 inches. This rifle started out as a war prize and later sporterized for several Cape Buffalo hunts in Africa. Metal has been re-blued and wood re-finished. Some minor safe marks on the wood. PRICE REDUCED
