Remington 870 16 Gauge Sun Grain.
Total production of Sun Grain 870's was less than 4000 guns.
This model was made from 1959-62, most were Trap and Skeet guns with field grade available on special order.
This is a 16 gauge with a 28" Modified Vent Rib barrel. Total production of 16 gauge guns was 36! There were 6 Skeet guns and 30 Field guns!

Condition is 90% original Blue.
The wood finish is 80% with normal hunting wear, and some finish missing on high spots.
This is a RARE 870!
