For your consideration today is this Extremely Early Professionally Restored Colt 1902 Sporting Model wearing the most stunning Brilliant Polished Blue finish with Fire Blue small parts, sporting the sought after 6" barrel, iconic .38 ACP (not Super) Cartridge, and a brand new set of oil finished checkered English walnut aftermarket grips with the Colt logo. This pistol comes as shown along with the original pair of factory black plastic grips, one original Colt magazine, Reproduction Box and Manual. According to Colt's Serial Lookup this pistol was built in 1903 wearing serial number 5040, making this an extremely rare 1st year production model (commercial production did not start until 1903). This Colt 1902 was professionally restored in 2022 by a local professional gunsmith known as Lugerman, Inc. You do not want to miss out on this one, as this pistol is really a once in a lifetime true masterpiece! This beautiful firearm is in Collector Grade condition showing no signs of handling or use since the restoration.
