Description:
24 inch round barrel chambered in 44 WCF caliber with a fair bore that may clean up. Full length magazine tube and a rifle style crescent buttplate. Refinished barrel and mag are a plum/brown patina with some small pin prick pitting on the barrel. Sights include a German silver blade front and a replacement sporting rear. Refinished receiver retains most of that plum/brown refinish with some scattered very light pin prick pitting. Replacement dust cover. Walnut stocks have been lightly sanded and are in good condition. A good example of the Winchester that won the west that was made in 1889.
