Description:
The Howa® 1500™ Bolt-Action Rifle with Hogue® Stock is built to handle rugged terrain and harsh weather. The stock provides a soft-to-the-touch, non-slip hold, as well as a solid platform for bedding the flat-bottom action; and the barrel and receiver are stainless steel. The Model 1500 operates with a dual lug, push-feed bolt design, featuring a plunger ejector, and a M16-style extractor. The firing pin assembly that can be easily removed without tools. A HACT trigger (Howa Actuator Controlled Trigger) offers a short, crisp release for enhanced accuracy potential. A three-position rocker-style safety allows you to load and unload the rifle with the safety engaged. .308 Winchester
