This rifle is an absolutely mint condition Pre 64 Model 70 Varmint 243. Although not as rare as the 220 Swift Varmint, there were only about 4600 of these rifles made. It sports the stainless barrel with the correct finish and scope/sight mounting holes. Serial Number 374742. CIRCA 1956. Check out the pictures and ask questions.
