Description:
This 1976 right-handed bolt-action rifle is a Remington Arms Model 700 BDL chambered in .243 Winchester. The barrel is drilled and tapped for both a front sight and a rear sight. The forearm cap, the pistol grip cap and the butt pad are all ebony with offsetting spacers. It has a diamond checkered forearm and pistol grip, a serrated trigger, sling swivel studs top and bottom, and a Monte Carlo style check rest. The bluing is in very good condition but does show some thinning at the muzzle and the forward portion of the floor plate. The high gloss finish on the stock is in very good condition, but does show several light handling marks to the right side of the butt stock. The bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling intact. It comes with a Hawke Endurance 3-10X44 riflescope. .243 Winchester
