Description:
This is an original Walther PP designated for the Reichs Finanz Verwaltung (or 3rd Reich Finance Bureau). It is marked "R.F.V. 17643 W" on the front grip strap. This Nazi department was in charge of the borders as well as government financial matters - much like our own IRS and border police. This one has retained roughly 85% of its original wartime finish. Most of the wear is on the right side of the slide, and then a bit on the grip straps. Fitted with excellent period-correct black bakelite grips. Comes with one proper wartime magazine with the finger extension. The bore is shiny and strong. I would rate it a 9 out of 10. There is still some nice fire blue color on the safety.
