Description:
This is a nice example of a rare Walther PP issued to the Nazi police force in 1940. This one is all matching and has a police "Eagle C" marking on the left side of the frame. Only about 2,000 of this variation were made, as opposed to the more common "Eagle F" variant (about 5,000 made). It has retained roughly 80% of its original finish. The majority of the bluing loss is on the grip straps, so the profile views are actually pretty nice. There is some light oxidation on both sides of the slide around the muzzle. Excellent period-correct black bakelite grips. Comes with a wartime magazine. Mint bore.
