Gentleman, for sale is a Marlin rifle model 39A, 22 caliber. This is a super gun. It is a very rare gun made in 1946, serial # c 10125. Specifications as follows: 24” barrel, great bore, spectacular walnut stock with original Marlin checkering on both the stock and forearm, smooth action, feeding tube holds 15, and it also has the original front site hood cover. The bluing on the rifle is very good especially for a gun that is 77 years old. Bluing on receiver and lever are excellent with some thinning blue on the top of the barrel, The gun was made in USA, in New Haven, CT. This rifle is very collectible or a great shooter if you prefer. Marlin collectors you do not want to miss out on this rifle. No box or papers. Great pic's attached.
