A very nice Beretta Model 1934 pistol, s/n 996947, mfr'd in 1942. This pistol is chambered in 380 ACP cal., (9mm Corto cal.), 3 3/8 in. barrel, fixed sights, blue, plastic grips, Italy's service weapon in WWII.
Pinky-rest on base of magazine. This firearm was allocated to the Italian Army based on the Crown over RE stamped on the left side of the frame.
