Description:
Mannlicher Schonauer M72 in 6mm Remington. Built by Steyr between 1972 and 1976, the M72 is a combination of the classic Mannlicher Schonauer rifles and modern sporting rifles. It has a 24" barrel with a mint bore and the classic Steyr twist finish. The rifle has double set triggers,a butterknife bolt handle,rosewood forend tip and grip cap,and fixed sights and a factory recoil pad. This one has a Leupold VX III 4.5x14 scope installed with Steyr QD bases and rings. This would make a great all around rifle for medium sized game and varmints. Very accurate with 100 grain ammo. C&R eligible.
