Description:
Antique, original cased set of European made screw barrel, muff pistols. They are 6-3/4 inches overall, and have 2-1/4" barrels. The actions are engraved, and the grips and action side panels are relief carved. The .45" bores are 8 groove rifled and unscrew easily for loading. Both have strong functioning actions, and are identical in condition, with no rust or damage. The casing is 9" wide and 8" deep, with small worm holes and the top felt appears replaced. The bullet mold/barrel wrench is the correct oversized .475", and original to the guns. There are no proof marks or maker name on the guns.
