Description:
Serial #72, 7.65mm Para. (.30 Luger), 4 3/4" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is an all-matching pistol that retains 97-98% of the original blue finish, with some trace silvering at the muzzle, along a few of the high and projecting edges, and on the bearing surfaces of the toggle. The Swiss Cross-in-Sunburst is crisp and clear, and most of the original straw color remains on the small parts. The checkered wooden grips are in fine shape with some mild wear and flattening of the points on either side. This pistol has had the relief cut added to the magazine well, but the original flat thumb-piece magazine is still present, and the original V-notch rear sight was never converted to U-notch. No import Marks on this gun. This is a very early Swiss Luger, in excellent condition, and would make a great addition to any collection. FFL or C&R
