OKLAHOMA MARKED SMITH & WESSON PRE WAR 38/44 HEAVY DUTY DA REVOLVER. (1930-1935). Matching numbered pinned 5" bbl. w/ fixed sights. Blue finished 5 screw N frame revolver w/ matching numbered swing out fluted 6 shot cyl. 2 Piece border checkered walnut Magna grips w/ S&W medallions. Backstrap has partial marking that reads "OKLAHO", likely for a Oklahoma police unit marking. Good overall appearance w/ reblued metal finish with areas of oxidation, wear & cyl. turn line. Backstrap has gray appearance w/ oxidation. Very good grips w/ light marks. Very good bore. .38 Special
