EXCEPTIONAL CIVIL WAR CUSTOM MADE CONTEMPORARY HARPER’S FERRY U.S. MODEL 1855 RIFLE CIRCA 1980’S. 33 ½” rifled .58 cal. barrel stamped at left breech “J. L. HARMON JR.” Lock dated 1860 and stamped forward of hammer with the Federal Eagle on the Maynard Tape Primer door and “U.S./HARPERS FERRY”. Made for a serious shooter and de-farbed to look like the real thing. Custom regulated rear fixed leaf peep hole sight and blade front painted red for visibility. Perfect markings that look like the real thing. Perfect working order and mint bore. With sling. Top quality.
