Description:
SALE PENDING 20230801 - A Tuscon gun that is one of nine produced with brass trigger guard and grip frame, one of five also with brass ejector housing. I believe that this gun was in the personal collection of former USA President Jeff Munnell although I have no documented evidence. Gun is fitted with a 4 5/8-inch barrel. Bright blue finish sparkles; walnut grips show excellent grain and color. Very faint cylinder turn line; trigger has started to plum. Very uncommon caliber for this model. I have never cycled the action - not wanting to increase the cylinder ring. Gun and box are in excellent condition. Original box contains correct label and is fairly crisp. The outer cardboard shipper is also provided; unfortunately no documentation. It is not often that serial number 4 of any collectable becomes available.
