Description:
18-1/2 inch round barrel chambered in 38 WCF caliber with a bright shiny excellent bore. Sights include a period replacement brass beaded blade front with original thumb-wheel rear and a Lyman peep folding tang. Barrel has good markings with thinning blue in protected areas with the balance turning gray. 8 shot magazine. Receiver retains about 97% blue. Grooved walnut forend is in excellent condition while the straight grip stock has 2 fine cracks on each side of the wrist. About 95% original varnish on the stock. This is a nice little carbine that is pretty scarce.
