SOLD This Winchester was produced in 1936. The rifle's serial number is 14973. This gun has the 24 inch octagonal barrel chambered for the 22 Long Rifle only. The sights are the standard style for this Winchester. The bore is minty and bright. This rifle does show some light shooting. There is some small blue loss on the forward section of the magazine tube where the pump handle works back and forth during operating the rifle. The bluing would rate a 99% overall condition. The stock and hand guard retain all of the factory finish. The box is serial numbered to this rifle. The box has the correct early sealing tabs that were cut from the box top folded sides. The graphics are really stunning! There is some very little graphic loss on the top right where the writing description is located. The end label is fully intact with this fine box. The box is sound with no repairs or damage. The original tag is intact that states important information. This information is also printed on the other side of the label in Spanish. These very early "white" boxes are fairly rare today! Here is a fine condition box with the original Winchester rifle still in the box.
