Built in 2009 by the legendary Louisiana Precision Rifles, rated in the top 4 best Custom precision and rifle builders in the USA in 2012 & 2013 in PRB (Precision Rifle Blog). The builder, William Roscoe, highly recommended the super flat shooting .260 Rem caliber for accuracy, and very mild recoil. The serial Number is: LAP012 The Rifle build: (STOCK) McMillan A5 in GAP Camo, pillar bedded with three studs and magnum fill & decelerator recoil pad, (BARREL) Krieger SS in 260 Rem, 22” long, 1-8 LV and finished in satin black KG Gun Kote, (ACTION) Surgeon RSR Round Receiver with K.M.W oversized tactical Knob and Surgeon 20moa Base Pinned and oversize screws, (MAGAZINE) Surgeon DBM w / 2-5 round AI magazines, (TRIGGER) Jewell HVR adjustable with Top Safety and presently set at about 1lb. The rifle was ordered in 2009 and received it after about 9 months, in 2010. It is in excellent condition throughout and fired approximately 200 rounds at the gun range. The Scope: SCHMIDT BENDER, Police & Marksman II 5-25x56 LP, large side focus adjustment Illuminated P4 Reticle, 1 st Focal Plane, 34mm tube, .25 MOA. (Winner of the United States Special operations Command Precision Sniper Rifle program in 2011. The rifle/scope was taken to the gun range for approximately 2 years and was then stored in my climate-controlled gun safe till now, taken out yearly for inspection and mild lubrication. Both rifle and scope are in perfect operating condition. The last image of targets reflects my best groups at 200 yds, though in the right hands tighter groups are possible. Also included: The STORM iM3200 Custom case in desert sand color NOTE: In 2014 I relocated from Michigan to Florida, and though all my weapons were transported in hard shell cases, I highly recommend that the above rifle/scope be resighted in.
