Description:
This is one of 4,402 marked 2D QUAL’TY. This is serial number 87672 and is marked 2D QUAL’TY on both side of the barrel lugs. The mechanical function is very good, crisp and tight with a very good bright and shiny bore. The frame retains 70% toned silver plate. The barrel and cylinder have only traces of blue in the protected areas. The grips are very good without any chips or cracks. This was probably made about 1865 or 1866.
