Description:
Winchester model 12 28 gauge. Serial number of the gun dates it to 1942. Like most pre-64 model 12 28 guns, this one was not originally a 28 gauge and has been converted to 28 gauge. Barrel is marked "G & L Arms Co" Barrel is 26" and is marked cylinder but after checking with a bore micrometer it shows .004 to .005" of choke. The bluing has been refinished and looks to have been a excellent job, but please look at the pictures and assess the condition yourself. Buttstock length of pull is 14" over factory buttplate. Not for sale to California or other other highly restrictive areas. Shipping to your FFL will be 50. Feel free to ask any questions.
After a couple of inquires I test fired this gun with some AA skeet shells. It fired, cycled and ejected as it should.
