This an excellent original condition Smith & Wesson Model A Bolt Action Sporting Rifle in popular .30-06 caliber which was manufactured for Smith & Wesson by Husqvarna of Sweden from 1969 to 1972. These were very high quality rifles built on new Mauser type actions, etc. to Smith & Wesson's specifications. This specimen has a perfect bore and chamber and overall near perfect finishes, etc. Rifle has curio & relic status (C&R) since it is over 50 years old. Equipped with a period Bushnell Scopechief 1.5x-4.5x Variable riflescope as shown and also a period leather sling.
