Description:
For youe consideration is a reproduction of a Remington Rolling Block chambered in 50-70 government. Made by the late Dave Higginbotham. This rifle is a copy of the rifle used by George A. Custer at the Little Bighorn. Buck horn rear sight with a beech combination front sight. In addition, on top of the barrel is a reproduction of Remington's "Rough and Ready" sight that can be flipped up easily to provide for easier long range shooting. The gun is in pristine condition other than some light scratches along the wrist, and a couple of small light colored dots under the barrel toward the muzzle. No rust or major scratches at all on the gun. These finely made reproductions of famous buffalo rifles are incredibly rare, and do not come up for sale often. Please inquire with any questions
