"VON LENGERKE & DETMOLD NEW_YORK" stamped Mauser C96 Broomhandle Pistol with matching numbered stock. The pistol is fitted with a 5 1/2 inch barrel, 35 groove walnut grips, fixed fornt sight, 50-1,000 meter adjustable rear sight, is blue finished, and chambered in .30 Mauser. The pistol is in very good condition, retaining 20% of its blue finish. The grips, which number to the gun, are in good condition, with assorted chips and handling marks. The bore is shootable, is bright with visible rifling, but corrossion spotting through-out. The stock, which numbers to the gun, is in good condition, it locks solidly to the pistol and it has a tight hinge. It does have assorted handling marks, repairs and cracks.
