These were used by the London Metropolitan Police from 1883 to 1911.
Metal condition is in good to very good condition, with the barrel, cylinder and frame retaining areas of original blue. The action functions properly and locks up tight. The bore is very good.
The walnut grips are good to very good with wear, handling marks, bruises and flattening of the checkering.
