Ultra rare Pre War Winchester Model 70 Carbine in 7.65 mm (7.65x53 Mauser). 4 digit S/N 9539 made in 1937. This rifle is in remarkable shape for its 86 years with all original finishes showing better than 96% and an undrilled rear receiver bridge. 20" short rifle (carbine) barrel with perfect integral front sight ramp. The bore is excellent, as are all mechanical functions.
