Description:
Excellent example of an early fifties production Model 70 Super Grade in 375 H&H Magnum. Clean inside and out. S/N 246*** with matching bolt made in 1953. 97% original Blue and Varnish with some scattered light handling marks and a bit of light freckling on top of the barrel. Like new inside of the barrel channel with no structural cracks anywhere. Soft factory recoil pad as issued on all .375s. The usual Super Grade components are present including a deluxe fully featured stock, Super Grade stamped floorplate, 6W two leaf flip rear sight w/ correct ramp mount, and proper detachable swivels. The replacement front sight is a Lyman 37FA, the same sight as issued on the 458 caliber "African" Super Grade except with a gold bead instead of silver. 25" Barrel. Excellent bore and mechanics.
