Description:
This is a Used Herter's Model J9 Bolt Action Rifle, chambered in .264 cal. with a 22' barrel, checkered pistol-grip Mannlicher stock with cheekpiece, checkered black plastic Herters's buttplate, raised post front sight and Williams rear sight, with sling swivel studs and decorative checkered black plastic pistol-grip cap. Right side of barrel is marked 'Herter's Inc. Model J9'. Left side is marked "Made in Yugoslavia". The stock has sharp checkering, mild thinning at the cheekpiece and edges near the buttplate, and some light to moderate dents and marks from handling. Action is excellent, bore is bright with well-defined rifling. .264 Winchester Magnum
