Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a very unique CZ Bobwhite Cape Gun - 327 Federal Mag / 410 Ga Combination Gun. The barrels are 26" long. This started life as a SxS 410 Shotgun and has been fully lined and chambered to what appears to be 327 Federal Mag on one side. A front and rear sight have been installed. The work is very well done and works well. The rifle barrel can chamber 327 Fed Mag, 32 H&R Mag, 32 S&W Long, and 32 S&W Short. 32 ACP also works but slips off the extractor sometimes. I test fired it with 32 S&W Long and found that it shot accurately at rabbit hunting distance (about 30 feet). I would be cautious about chambering high pressure loads (327 or 32 Mag) as this was originally a 410 shotgun but the low pressure loads (32 S&W) shoot great. Great little small game gun that works well for close range birds as well as rabbits and the like. Like a cross between a rook rifle and a small game shotgun. Perfect for garden pests or small game. Sold AS-IS because I am not a gunsmith and you should have it evaluated by a gunsmith before attempting to fire high pressure loads. $45 Shipping.
