Very early original Seneca I purchased new in the early 1970's. I did replace the original wooden ramrod with a fiberglass rod. The rife is very accurate. According to Tim Pancurak who was Thompson Center's customer service representative at the time. The Seneca barrels were custom made by the Sharon Barrel Company. My rifle has been used to hunt deer, squirrels, groundhogs and rabbits. It is in great shape showing minor dings and dents from over 50 years of hunting. The bore is very strong with no signs of rust or erosion. I have always been meticulous when cleaning the rifle after using it. The lock, breech plug, clean out screw and nipple are perfect. The barrel is 28" long and has a 1-48" twist which stabilizes a patched round ball or TC's conical bullet. I am beginning selling off part of my firearm collection as I unfortunately have no family interested in them. I accept postal money order, bank cashiers check or your personal check. I will ship UPS to your door. $600.00 plus $30.00 shipping.
