This DWM Model 1917 is a toggle locked recoil operated semi-automatic pistol in 9mm Cal. It has a 6 inch barrel. A blade front sight and notch rear sight. The grip is a checkered hardwood. Serial Number 2274a is a match and also stamped on the wooden grip bottom of the magazine. 1917 is stamped on the left side of the front sight, top and left side of the receiver. 9mm Luger
