Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a Deserrt Eagle baby eagle made in Israel and chambered in .45 acp cartridge. based on the Jericho 942 pistol but upgraded to .45 acp and fed from a 10 round magazine this pistol packs a punch and fits comfortably in the hand. this one is in almost new condition in its box with a extra magazine. thanks for looking.
