Sauer Model 1913 chambered in 7.65 MM (.32 ACP). J.P. Sauer & Sohn of Suhl is the oldest firearm manufacturer in Germany. The Model 1913 was the first semi-automatic pistol devised and produced solely by Sauer. It is a seven-shot blowback design with a fixed barrel around which is coiled the gun's recoil spring. To access the works, a large textured cocking knob is unscrewed allowing the breechblock to be extracted and the slide removed forward off the frame. The gun is striker-fired. A traditional-style safety catch was mounted on the left side of the frame just behind the trigger. At the top of the slide is stamped "J.P. SAUER & SOHN, SUHL". The cartridge designation, "CAL 7.65" is stamped on the right, rear of the slide and the word "PATENT" on the left. The grips are checkered hard rubber and have an "S&S" at their tops. 7.65MM (.32 ACP) SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes Metal Condition: Good Wood Condition: Hard Plastic grips are very good Bore Condition: Bright Barrels: 3 Inches Triggers: Factory Sights: Fixed iron sights Item Location: La Vista, NE |
