This is a Zastava AK47 semi-automatic rifle in 7.62 caliber in very good overall condition. It has a folding stock with an aluminum handguard. The
handguard, pistol grip and stock were wrapped with cloth tape by the owner for comfort and the furniture is like new underneath the tape. The action has a long-stroke piston with gas operation and a rotating bolt. The action is built loose to handle all kinds of ammo and to work reliably in all kinds of conditions. It has a 16 in. barrel. The front sight is a post adjustable for elevation and windage. The rear sight is an open ladder adjustable for elevation. There is a mounted 4 power illuminated Russian scope appropriate for this gun. Included is a scope bag, rubber eye piece, extra batteries, and manual. Uses standard AK magazines and includes one 30 round mag for the gun, sent to states where legal. These guns were originally designed for the military and then adapted for the civilian sporting market. The Zastava rifles are known for their quality and durability.
