Winchester 1873 SRC . Serial no. 571255. Manufactured 1903. FABULOUS ORIGINAL CONDITION. Barrel and tube have 99% ORIGINAL Blue. Reciever has 97% high luster ORIGINAL Blue with a couple of storage marks.Loading gate has all of its nitre blue. ORIGINAL wood has only a couple of handling marks. Perfect wood to metal fit. Hammer, lever, lever latch have good casecolors remaining. A little faded on lever. Buttplate has vivid original casecolors remaining. Cleaning rods in butt. Original sights are perfect. Dust cover clicks into place. Follower is sharp as a tack. Bore is MINT. Fired very little, if any. Barrel does show some areas of minute frosting in blue from storage of 120 years. See pics. Action is fine. Screws are perfect. Bottom of stock has a factory plugged sling swivel as Winchester was using left over musket stocks at that time frame. Doesn't detract from gun at all.
