This Nazi production Waffenamt Astra 600/43 pistol (Serial Number 8589) is an early production example that was delivered to the Germans on May 16, 1944, less than a month before the Normandy Invasion as part of the first shipment. The Astra 600/43 was specifically designed by Astra for German use with the 9mm Luger cartridge. This is an excellent example of a hard-to-find WWII German issued pistol. Only 10,000 were delivered to the German forces before they were cut off from Spain. There are no import marks, which means this is a G.I. bring back.
