Description:
Serial #678, .32 CF, 3 1/4" barrel with a good bore that has some moderate freckling within the grooves. This is an attractive little revolver that retains 92-95% of the original nickel finish with some flaking along the cylinder where the underlying metal has turned to a mellow gray-brown. Additionally, there are some small scratches and light handling marks scattered about the revolver. Muted color case-hardening is present on the hammer, with some gray fading along the edges, and all of the markings are crisp and clear. The black checkered hard rubber grips with “OAS" monograms are in fine condition with some slight discoloration, and some minor warping along the base of the left panel. The barrel-to-frame fit is excellent, and the action is fully functional (this model is equipped with a manual extractor, which operates smoothly and correctly). This is a fine-near excellent example of a rarely seen American pocket revolver. Antique
