BRITISH PARKER-HALE CIVIL WAR REPRODUCTION ENFIELD PATTERN 1853 PERCUSSION .58 CAL. RIFLE-MUSKET. 39” rifled barrel with long range rear sight and signed on top “PARKER-HALE LTD. BIRMINGHAM ENGLAND”. Lock stamped “1853/ENFIELD” forward of hammer and with the Victoria Cypher behind the hammer. Excellent overall with nearly all the blue and case hardening. Stock with some varnish loss on the right butt from cleaning solvent spillage which is easy to restore. Mint bore and perfect working order. Has seen little use and by the best of all Civil War reproduction rifle-musket makers. With reproduction Confederate cloth and leather sling, nipple guard and tompion.
