This is a difficult to find rifle in this condition. It is a mid-WWII Winchester Garand. I have a great deal of experience with garands and almost all of these look like patchwork quilts as they are assembled from parts. This one is a good looking rifle. It looks like it has been together its whole life. All parts appear to be original finish. It is consistent throughout in its wear patterns and has enough wear to show that it didn't sit in a barracks rack its whole life. It has been however well-cared for and appears to have been carried more than it was shot. The "in the white" and "blued" parts are correct for this vintage rifle. The sight seal still covers the front sight. The MW is 1.5 and TE is 2. The pix do the talking. Shipping is $85. Must ship to FFL or C&R. I have not fired this weapon, and it should be checked out by someone competent with garands prior to firing.
