Description:
An exceptional pair of original Belgian Large Bore (.52 cal) Cased Dueling Pistols in a French casing with most all the accoutrements as shown, and all in original excellent condition as shown in the photos. Probably circa 1840-1850 but unmarked as to maker. All finishes are original and nice damascus patterned rifled barrels, etc. Pistols have carved fluted stocks which feel great in the hand. The original casing has some exterior finish problems but looks to be original to the set.
