The serial number makes the year of Manufacture 1857. The action works correctly and the cylinder spins freely at half cock. It has a 7 1/2-inch Hexogon barrel, the top of the barrel has "ADDRESS SAML. COLT HARTFORD CT" engraved on it. The frame, barrel, cylinder and backstrap numbers are all 82368 the loading lever is 2368. The navel scene on the cylinder is not visible.
